Subscription Policy

By purchasing a subscription product from Revelia, you agree to the terms of our Automatic Refill Policy outlined below.

Recurring Charges

When you subscribe to a product, your payment method will be charged automatically on a recurring basis. Charges will continue unless and until you cancel your subscription.

Billing Frequency & Amount

You will be billed every 28 days, 56 days, or 84 days, depending on the refill frequency you select at checkout (monthly, every 2 months, or every 3 months).

Your renewal total may include applicable taxes and shipping fees. Discounts applied to your first order may not apply to future renewal orders unless otherwise stated.

Cancel Anytime

To avoid being charged for your next shipment, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date.

How to Cancel

We've made cancellation simple and hassle-free. You can cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • Logging into your customer account to manage your subscription.
  • Emailing our support team at help.revelia@gmail.com.

For faster assistance, please include your full name and order number in your email.

Manage Your Subscription

You may also pause, skip, or change your delivery frequency at any time through your customer account or by contacting our support team.

Any changes must be made at least 24 hours before your next billing date to apply to the upcoming renewal.

Subscription Renewals & Refunds

Subscription orders that have already been processed or shipped are not eligible for a refund. To avoid future charges, please cancel your subscription before your next scheduled billing date.
